How an engagement works

Four phases, every time.

    Discovery call

    Thirty minutes. We listen, ask the questions a senior brief needs, and tell you whether there is a fit.

  2. 02

    Subtractive brief

    One to two weeks. We strip assumptions before adding anything. A precise brief is usually a shorter one.

  3. 03

    Build

    Four to twelve weeks, depending on scope. Senior people from start to launch, in direct contact with you the whole time.

  4. 04

    Handover

    Documentation, training, and a maintenance route. The aim is that you can run it on your own once we are done.
